For the ones in transition.

I work with people in the in-between — no longer where they were, not yet where they’re going. People stepping into new chapters while still grieving what they’re leaving behind. People who sense that something is changing, but don’t want to rush past what mattered to get there.

I know this terrain intimately. I’ve lived it many times — shifting careers, losing a parent, becoming a mother, ending and beginning relationships, returning to my hometown and seeing it with new eyes. Each transition has taught me the same thing: the way forward isn’t through force or speed. It comes from staying present, listening closely, and letting what’s next take shape in its own time.

I’m a fifth-generation Hudsonian, and place and memory are central to everything I do. My work sits at the intersection of personal change and collective story — tending individual lives alongside questions of community, belonging, and care.

My background includes a PhD in psychology, Martha Beck’s Wayfinder training, and a year-long somatics course, Opening to Freedom. But more than anything, my work is grounded in lived experience. I don’t offer quick fixes or formulas. I offer presence, clarity, and steady companionship as you move from what was toward what will be.

Coaching Offerings

The Pause

A single moment of clarity.
For when everything feels loud or tangled and you need a place to land. This is a one-time session to slow down, name what’s present, and gently untangle what feels stuck. We’ll sit together in the in-between — listening for what matters, noticing what wants attention, and opening space for what’s next without forcing it.

You’ll leave with clarity, a few simple practices you can return to, and a steadier sense of where you are right now.

$180 • One 75-minute session

The Threshold

A passage through change.
For when something is ending and something else is beginning, and you don’t want to rush the crossing. Over three sessions, we’ll honor what’s being left behind, listen closely for what’s calling you forward, and practice staying present as things unfold.

This container offers structure without pressure. You’ll leave with language, tools, and simple rituals to mark the transition and move through it with intention and care.

$450 • Three 60-minute sessions

The In-Between

A season of tending.
Some transitions can’t be rushed. Over six sessions, we’ll trace your story together — holding grief and possibility side by side, noticing patterns, and shaping rituals that support letting go and beginning again.

This longer container is for people who want steady companionship while something meaningful takes shape. You’ll leave with continuity, accountability, and a deeper sense of belonging to your own life.

$850 • Six 60-minute sessions

Before We Begin

  • No. Coaching is not therapy, though it may feel therapeutic. Therapy often looks to the past for healing; coaching attends to the present and the path ahead. My work can complement therapy beautifully — I’ve walked with many people who see a therapist and a coach at the same time.

  • I work both virtually (Zoom) and in person. In-person sessions are usually at an office space in Hudson, though I also meet people in their homes or outdoors — I’ve even held sessions in the cemetery for those who feel most grounded outside.

  • Yes. I want this work to be available beyond those who can pay full price. Each season I hold a small number of sliding scale spots. If cost is the only barrier, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • If you’re in a time of transition — grieving, reinventing, blocked, or simply not where you once were but not yet where you’re going — coaching can offer clarity, grounding, and companionship. I offer a free 20-minute call so we can see if it feels like a fit.

  • Every session is different, but there is always space to pause, reflect, and listen closely to yourself. I may offer questions, practices for embodiment, or small rituals to hold the transition you’re in. What you will not get is a formula or quick fix.

  • Start by sending me an email to book a free call. From there, we’ll decide together whether one session, a series, or a longer arc of work feels best. You don’t have to know before you come — we’ll find the shape as we go.
